We offer beautiful boutique birth pool rentals for families throughout the Chattanooga area. Each rental is carefully cleaned, sanitized, and thoughtfully prepared so you can focus on what matters most—welcoming your baby.

Why Earthside VS. Inexpensive Pools Found Online?

Earthside Birth Pools are purpose-built for labor. They're made from thick, professional-grade, BPA- and phthalate-free PVC that's designed to withstand the demands of labor while providing exceptional comfort. Reinforced handles, supportive walls for leaning, and durable construction make them a trusted choice among midwives, doulas, and home birth families. As for other more “inexpensive” options… who knows! Most don’t provide any information on the material, testing, or arrive with strong plastic odors. Yuck!

You'll Need

To keep our rentals simple and hygienic, families provide:

  • A new garden hose

  • Any faucet adapters needed for their home

  • Towels

  • Hot water

  • Floor Covering/Protector (if desired)

Labor Comfort Package

Take your labor comfort to the next level with our optional Labor Comfort Package.

Includes:

  • Anti-burst birth ball

  • Peanut ball

  • Traditional woven rebozo

  • Pair of spiky massage balls

  • Complimentary wooden labor comb to keep

Perfect for use throughout pregnancy and labor,

these tools encourage movement, positioning, comfort, and natural pain relief.

Rental Fee: $50

Delivery

  • Free pickup from Trader Jo’s off Gunbarrel, in Chattanooga.

  • $10 scheduled delivery within Chattanooga city limits.

  • $10 scheduled pickup within Chattanooga city limits.

Delivery and pickup are available by appointment.

Reservation Information

We currently have a limited number of pools available, so reservations are required and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is a $50 reservation fee to hold the pool for your requested period. This fee goes towards your final total payment.

We recommend reserving your rental by week 30 to ensure availability AND receiving your pool by week 37.

Security Deposit

A $50 refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup.

The deposit is returned after all rental items are inspected and found to be clean and undamaged.
